JULIA CHRISTINA BAUER



Julia is an entrepreneur driven by a strong sense of responsibility toward people, the planet, and future generations, placing sustainability at the heart of everything she builds.


In 2023, she founded Mahalo Collaboration, a platform uniting global leaders, businesses, investors, and research institutions to create measurable sustainable impact.

From 2019 to 2022, Julia served as Head of Sustainability for Formula 1 World Champion Nico Rosberg, leading initiatives with positive environmental and societal impact. She spearheaded projects with corporate partners, universities, and startups, while managing an exclusive network of VIP relationships, including connections with the United Nations, World Economic Forum, and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.


Julia was also instrumental in launching the GREENTECH FESTIVAL, a major global event for green technologies that attracted 40,000 visitors at its premiere. She brings extensive experience from management roles at BayWa. Julia holds a Master’s in International Business from Munich Business School and Oxford University.

In 2021, Julia had the profound honor of presenting Dr. Goodall with the GREENTECH FESTIVAL Lifetime Achievement Award. Since that moment, Julia has continued to proudly support Dr. Goodall’s community conservation initiatives, carrying forward her mission to create harmony between people, animals, and the natural world.
