Julia is an entrepreneur, strategic advisor and moderator working at the intersection of business, investment, policy, science and impact.
Her journey has taken her from growing up in the countryside of Bavaria to the world of Formula 1, Monaco and global business.
Before founding Mahalo Collaboration, Julia spent several years as Head of Sustainability and Spokesperson for Formula 1 World Champion Nico Rosberg, leading initiatives at the intersection of sustainability, innovation and impact. She worked closely with corporate partners, research institutes, startups, and a leading network of public figures.
Today, Julia brings this experience, international perspective and passion for meaningful dialogue to the stage — moderating conferences, panels, interviews and high-level events and creating conversations that connect people, challenge perspectives and inspire action.
She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Munich Business School and Oxford University.
