JULIA CHRISTINA BAUER
Julia is a passionate entrepreneur committed to creating lasting impact.
In 2023, she founded Mahalo, building on her extensive experience as Head of Sustainability for Formula 1 World Champion Nico Rosberg.
During her four-year tenure, Julia led transformative initiatives that advanced environmental and societal impact, collaborating with corporate partners, universities, and startups. She also managed an exclusive network of VIP stakeholders, including the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
Julia played a pivotal role in launching the GREENTECH FESTIVAL, a major global platform for green technologies that attracted 40.000 visitors at its premiere. She has a multi-year background in management roles at BayWa, a global leader in food, housing, and energy solutions.
Julia holds a Master's degree in International Business from Munich Business School and Oxford University.
